Scheduling a mediation is simple. We encourage parties to use the Schedule Mediation link below which shows Leslie’s availability and provides direct booking. Mediation Fees

Leslie is available for full or half-day mediation for single plaintiff, individual cases.  For such cases Leslie charges $12,000 for a full-day mediation, or $7,500 for a half-day mediation.

Leslie is available for full-day mediation only for class, collective, PAGA, and multi-party cases.  She charges $16,000 for such cases.

Leslie’s daily rate fees include all preparation time, mediation time (up to 10 hours for full days, and up to 4 hours for half days), and administration costs.  Fees for unused mediation time shall not be refunded. 

    • Mediation fees are due in full upon booking and must be received no later than 30 days after booking.  We reserve the right to cancel the mediation booking if mediation fees are not timely received.

    • Mediation fees are forfeited when a booked mediation is cancelled or continued 45 days or less prior to the mediation, unless the date is filled with another mediation.

    • Administration costs of $500 per separately represented party shall not be refunded for cancelled mediations.

    • Most mediations are conducted via Zoom. If the parties jointly request in-person mediation, Leslie’s travel expenses are included in the daily rate for mediations in Southern California only.  For in-person mediations outside Southern California, Leslie’s reasonable travel and hotel expenses shall additionally be charged and must be received from the parties no later than 10 days before the mediation.

    • Counsel, not their clients, are responsible for paying all mediation fees.  

    • Leslie charges $900 per hour (or any portion thereof) for post-mediation follow up time.

    • Mediation fees may be paid by check or Stripe, as described in the invoice that Case Manager Nikki Safavi will send to each party following a confirmed booking.

Mediation Scheduling

Leslie primarily is available for mediation via video conference.  Upon the parties’ joint request, Leslie is available for in-person mediation at a location supplied by the parties.
